FINRA’s 2020 Conference is a Success on all Fronts
FINRA’s annual conference held in Washington DC this week was a success by any standard. While billed as a hybrid event, there was a strong in-person turnout of industry compliance pros. John Foster, Bedford and Main’s President and CEO, reported that the agenda was filled with relevant topics for both introducing brokers and clearing brokers alike.
But as is true with any really worthwhile event, the highlight was the ability to network. This year offered the unique additional benefit in our post COVID world, to meet again face-to-face with a number of our existing clients in the same location. Needless to say, in addition to covering a range of business topics, there was time for dinners, drinks, and personal catching up with old friends and associates.
All in all, it proved to be a truly worthwhile conference for learning, networking and having a little fun, at last.
Congrats to FINRA for a job well done.
